Pricing FAQ
Are all channels really included?+
Yes. Telegram, VK, MAX and email are included in every plan with no per-channel fees. The exception is the WhatsApp Business API, where Meta charges per conversation: we pass that through at cost.
How are team seats counted?+
The team owner is free. Extra seats use descending rates: 690 ₽ for seats 2–5, 590 ₽ for 6–15, 490 ₽ for 16–30 and 390 ₽ beyond. Cheaper read-only seats cost 290 ₽ for observers.
What happens to history if I downgrade to free?+
We don’t delete history immediately. Conversations older than your window move to a hidden archive for 30 days and come back the moment you upgrade. It’s “restore your history”, not data loss.
Is there annual billing and discounts?+
Yes. Annual billing gives 2 months free (~17%), and a two-year term is cheaper still. Monthly billing is always available, with no forced annual minimums.
