One team, a family of products
TalkyHub is built by Aigiz Iskuzhin (sole proprietor) — part of a product family alongside VerificaHub. We build the tools we use ourselves.
Why TalkyHub
The idea grew from a recurring need: our own products — VerificaHub and MoonlumeVPN — need support over messengers. A homemade Telegram-bot solution that turned messages into forum topics was begging to become a real product.
So TalkyHub was born — an omnichannel inbox tuned for the Russian market: native VK and MAX, an honest event-driven architecture, and multi-tenancy from day one. We evolve it from our own support experience, not someone else’s checklist.
Dogfooding
We use it ourselves first, then offer it to others. Support for our products lives in TalkyHub.
Simplicity as a stance
Two clear dials instead of a configurator of dozens of paid line items.
Russian channels
VK and MAX aren’t “someday” — they’re out of the box, alongside Telegram and email.
«All of our support is in one place now: Telegram and email in a shared stream, nothing lost between tabs.»
«Customers write from different messengers, and we see one person with the whole history.»
«Connected Telegram and VK in a couple of minutes — no connectors, no configurator, no per-channel fees.»
Bring every channel into one inbox
